How to order medicines from Germany with worldwide delivery

 

During the coronavirus pandemic, in countries around the world, demand soared for hard-to-find and original medicines from Germany  We give customers all over the world a unique opportunity to buy high-quality medicines at the retail prices of German pharmacies.

The cost of an order for medicines is made up of:

  • the cost of the medicines;
  • the postage;
  • our services for sourcing, ordering, reserving, purchasing and packing the goods and preparing the customs and shipping documents;
  • customer support.

Be sceptical of promises of express delivery for vital medicines. Postal delivery to destinations outside the EU takes considerably longer, and we confirm the expected transit time for your country when your order is placed. Residents of EU countries can use express delivery services, including insured post. Delivery takes 2-4 days.

Important! We send medicines by post, completing and attaching to the parcel all the required customs declarations, so that our customers do not have to deal with customs themselves. You collect your parcel at your nearest post office. In rare cases, the customs authorities in some countries ask the recipient to present prescriptions for the prescription-only medicines that have been sent.

PROOF THAT MEDICINES FROM GERMANY ARE GENUINE

Every product that can be bought in Germany — medicines, vitamins, food supplements and personal hygiene products — is certified and comes from leading manufacturers in Germany, other European countries and the USA, who fully guarantee the highest quality of the product and its complete compliance with international standards.

Medicines from Germany are confirmed as genuine by:

  • a tamper-evident seal on the box,
  • a sales receipt,
  • a unique individual serial number on the pack,
  • QR-code.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR MEDICINES

Please do not telephone us to order medicines. Tell us the name of the drug or of the active substance, the preferred manufacturer, the dosage, dosage form (powder for reconstitution, tablets, capsules, liquid form, granules, etc.), the pack size, possible alternatives, the acceptable expiry dates, and the country and city of delivery. ... We will check whether the medicine is in stock and let you know the cost of the order, including shipping from Germany to your country, the estimated delivery time and the payment procedure. Worldwide shipping of medicines is possible by post only and subject to 100% advance payment of the invoice (within Germany the parcel is carried by DHL/Deutsche Post and then by the national postal service of the destination country), with tracking. Within the EU and the rest of Europe, shipping by UPS Express or DHL Express is available.

Placing the order

To issue the invoice and ship the medicines, please send us the recipient's first name, surname, address with postcode, e-mail address and contact telephone number. You choose the shipping tariff — standard (DHL International) or expedited (DHL Premium International) — and the payment method that suits you. Cash on delivery is not available. Payment can be made by bank transfer to our company's account in Germany. ... We will prepare and send you an invoice. Once we have received 100% payment for the order, we place the order (1-2 days), collect it from the pharmacy and send you a photograph of the medicines showing the expiry dates and the original QR code. As a rule, an order is fulfilled within 1 to 3 working days; if exceptionally rare medicines have to be sourced directly from the manufacturer, it takes somewhat longer.

Logistics

We prepare the shipping and customs documents, pack the goods and hand your order over to a DHL/Deutsche Post branch for dispatch. At the same time we send you the tracking number and a photograph of the dispatch receipt. We send order parcels by insured post and always provide a postal tracking number. The parcel arrives at the post office nearest to the delivery address, where you can collect it in person or arrange courier delivery to any address convenient for you.
