Please do not call us! We have no "hotline" and no call centre.
If you are insured in Germany, please book your vaccination appointment yourself. We are not a vaccination centre, but a company providing paid services: arranging the appointment, ordering and reserving the vaccine dose, filling in the vaccination forms and so on.

When sending us an enquiry, please tell us:

• the city or cities where it would be convenient for you to be vaccinated;
• where you are currently staying;
• the number, age and sex of the people to be vaccinated;
• convenient vaccination dates;
• how urgent it is (please note that urgent vaccination requests to be handled within 7 working days carry a 20% surcharge on the price);
• let us know if you have any allergies to chicken egg protein, benzonase, ciprofloxacin or gentamicin.

We will then let you know the cost of the vaccination and of our services, the city and the dates available. Once you confirm, you send us your personal details, we issue an invoice for our services and, as soon as it is paid, we book the vaccination appointment and send you the medical history and vaccination consent forms.

• advice on nutrition, hygiene, insect repellents and sun protection;
• recommendations for pregnant women and for those travelling with children;
