• colorectal surgery and proctology (surgical treatment of the colon and rectum, rectal cancer, colon cancer, diverticulitis, complications of inflammatory bowel disease such as Crohn's disease);
• bariatric surgery (surgical treatment of obesity);
• endocrine surgery (surgical treatment of the glands, including the thyroid gland);
• neuroendocrine surgery (e.g. treatment of pancreatic endocrine tumours);

• regular tumour boards to develop an individual treatment plan and strategy for every patient;

• surgical treatment of oesophageal cancer and malignant tumours of the stomach;
• surgical treatment of diseases of the oesophagus and stomach: for example, Zenker's diverticulum, reflux disease, achalasia;
• bariatric surgery: intragastric balloon, gastric banding, sleeve gastrectomy, gastric bypass, biliopancreatic diversion with duodenal switch, body contouring after weight loss;
• thoracic surgery (lung cancer, lung metastases, minimally invasive pulmonary and thoracic surgery)
